I love this place. I live nearby, and Bibek and Dipendra are always the nicest. Such a cool liquor store with great vibes and awesome people right downstairs from my building. They always make the place feel welcoming and fun, and they’ve got a really solid selection too. Honestly one of those neighborhood spots you’re always happy to have around.

Great shop! The staff is very kind. I come here almost every day for well priced snacks and drinks. This place is especially a lifesaver for picking up a last minute beers and wine in the city over the weekend!

Huge selection all different types of smoking accessories to fit your flavor staff is helpful and friendly and prices are actually better then most of the similar stores in the area plus they got spirits too!! Check em out for sure

I’ve been shopping here for 2 years, never had any issue. Today, the man that normally helps me wasn’t there, and was instead replaced by a man that gave an attitude and then refused service. Normally, if I’d been rude I’d understand. But I was waiting at the counter for a few minutes, cashier nowhere to be found. Turns out he was helping a girl getting her car towed. Fine, totally cool, explains why he was outside. Then he comes back to the register, slowly, on his phone with his AirPod in. The work phone behind the cash wrap starts ringing as well, and he just stared at me. I waited, as I work in retail I know sometimes phones come first, and asked “Are you ready” since he wasn’t going to ask me. He snapped back “of course I’m ready, I’ve been ready since 9am” in a really rude tone. After just getting off work myself it took me back, and I asked him to not have an attitude and snap at me like that. He then threw the pouch that I had requested to purchase across the countertop and said “I’m not serving you”. I asked why and he said because he didn’t want to. I said “it’s not fair to not serve me because you were rude and I asked you not to speak to me that way.” Him and his vendor were telling me I had to leave no matter how much I explained how messed up this was, and threatened to call the police. I had been there for maybe 5mins and was trying to explain that I did nothing wrong to be refused service, I’ve been a loyal client for YEARS, and I’ve never had an issue there! This place is the only shop that sells my tobacco anyway, so I’m super familiar with the shop! This was a super messed up experience and unfortunately ruined my once a month stop in Experience to chat with my regular cashier. Will not be returning, would rather order my stuff online than be treated that terribly again.

I will definitely be coming back to this smoke shop, it's one of my new favorites now!! They have an awesome variety on torches and dabbers. Plus great prices!! Plus, at most smoke shops I always feel rushed and that the workers are rude because i tend to be very indecisive. I did not feel like that here. The worker was very helpful and friendly. I let him know my budget and what i was looking for. He showed me options he thought i would like within my price range. I got everything i came in for and even saved more money than i expected. !!!
