I've got to tell you I am so very very impressed with Miss Taylor and Teo they were just incredible Taylor went above and beyond anything that was expected I didn't know how to do my tap and pay I don't know how to use my virtual card and she took the time to help me out not just help me out she showed me how to do it so I know how to do it next time she was patient she was very kind what an awesome representation of your store. these two are definitely five stars, and two thumbs up. just literally enjoyed my visit and I want to thank them again and let the management know that they were aces. thank you Taylor and Teo!!!!!! I'll be back count on it!!!!!!

I visited Puff and Stuff recently and Jason provided excellent customer service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. His help made the experience easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

Pulled up to this store Super Bowl morning, expecting it to be closed and it wasn't. I walk in and this awesome human being Taylor greets me. Told her that I just broke my favorite water piece the night before and I was devastated, she replies, "No problem, I got you!" Not only did she handle my issue with professionalism and attentiveness but also with warm patience. Yo, I felt great! Especially being a Black human, I often get shitty treatment just for walking into a business, let alone wanting to buy something, so this was a breath of fresh air! Taylor is the gold standard for solid customer service and experience! I will most definitely be shopping here again and lettin all my people know to pull up!

We went to buy some Dart accessories and they had a nice selection on Darts and bought some cool shafts. They had a lot of water pipes and items for smokers. The woman with long braids, Sorry... I forgot her name, Was very nice and helpful. I will go back for my Dart needs.

I've been shopping at Puff and Stuff since they opened in 2001. Damn it's been 25 Years !!! Great knowledgeable staff and good prices
