Good: Jazzy was super helpful and explained the rewards program to me. Bad: this store sells expired stuff. I came in about a month ago and saw the Angry Orchard Thriller pack was expired in Feb 2026 and I told a worker about it. Today I came back and they still have all the expired packages out for purchase.

Birthday Vibe Edition I recently attended the “Legends of Wine” tasting class at Total Wine as part of my birthday celebration, and it was such a great experience! Josef and Leah were absolutely amazing—both knowledgeable and engaging. They didn’t just pour the wine, they really taught us. From the history and winemaking process to understanding flavor notes and aromas, I walked away learning so much. What I appreciated most is that they created a comfortable environment where you could explore different wines without feeling intimidated. I’ll be honest—there were wines I would normally pass on, but to my surprise, I actually enjoyed several of them! That alone made the experience worth it. The setup was organized, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the pacing was perfect. It felt like a fun, elevated way to celebrate while also learning something new. This was a great addition to my birthday month, and I will definitely be back for another class. I highly recommend it for a girls’ night, date night, or even a solo experience like I did.

Josef handled my extremely last minute wedding consultation perfectly! He is very knowledgeable about his profession, and great at suggesting products that would be crowd pleasers for everybody, without breaking the bank. I hope our chaotic little group made your day a bit more fun Josef. Thanks so much for all your help for our big day!!!

You have to love the team at Total Wine. They are amazing. So very helpful. If you look lost someone will find you and help you find your way. Have any question and they can answer it. Want to try something new, they have suggestions. Customer service isn’t dead, it’s employed at your local Total Wine & More.
