Lakewood Medallion Discount Liquor

I laugh when I see “discount” liquors. Everything I have ever purchased here is $5.00 more expensive than the other stores I shop. The people here are very friendly, the prices are anything but friendly or discount. Only shop here when needing something quick and nearby. Bottle on left $ 22.99 at this store. Bottle on right $ 29.99 at another store. Where is the discount?

Absolute joke of pricing, nothing at this store is discounted... owner and staff scoff at you when you do not buy anything at their inflated prices. I take my business elsewhere to pay actual prices not their 2x and 3x inflated prices they are promoting. Beer/ Seltzers are cheaper across the street at the gas station where the staff is enjoyable and store is clean. Liquor pricing at TW/Specs is about half the price. Total Wine/Specs you have gained a loyal customer!

I had a disappointing visit to Lakewood Medallion Discount Liquor. The place felt quite run down, which didn't create a welcoming atmosphere. What stood out the most was the owner's rudeness—not only was he unfriendly to customers, but he was also disrespectful to his employees, which says a lot about the management style. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn't working, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. Overall, I won't be returning, as there are better options nearby.

I come here all the time & never noticed the subtle racism until today when a big Indian man (I’m assuming is the owner with a black jacket/vest) was staring at me while I shopped. I get the same damn thing every single time. Congratulations…you just lost your loyal customer.

Super helpful staff and reasonable prices! Stopped by for tequila and was given a really good recommendation by a worker here! I wish I would have gotten his name but he definitely knew his stuff. I’m used to commercial tequila and I wanted something good and quality and a worker offered to help and he recommended la gritona which was 10/10.
