Good kosher wine section. Pretty broad. Managed to find a kosher wine that I hadn’t seen before in other stores. But when asking why the Bartenura wine wasn’t in the kosher section where it belongs, the wine expert at the store became defensive and said it was there “because it sold better in the non kosher section.” He acted like I was bothering him for questioning this. This makes it harder for religious jews to find the kosher wine they need for shabbat and religious holidays if it is not all in the kosher section. There was also no sparkling kosher wine in stock, which there should be at least one of them in stock at all times for simcha celebration purposes.

this review is solely in regards to terrible customer service recieved by one of the managers/ supervisors named Rita. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to me my entire visit using much sarcasm and attitude towards me while picking up an order for a vendor. it’s very clear that she hates her job and takes that out on her guest. Her lack of helpfulness as well as demeaning behavior was completely unacceptable and is a horrible reflection of this business. As a beverage program manager in the hospitality industry I can easily say this was the worste customer service i’ve seen in a long time. Do better Rita.

They always has a large variety of unique wines that sometimes can't even be found in many of the boutique wine shops around the city. Max is the best - thank you for all the recommendations.

Just received the most appalling customer service that I have EVER experienced here. The cashier Dij was the RUDEST person I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with in my entire life. Absolutely insane that somebody like this is allowed to work with customers.

JAMES the wine guy is actually THE BEST!! He has all the T about all the wines and will make sure you leave feeling hella good about your wine selection. You can now go home to your partner not a failure. VISIT JAMES! And pray he is paid handsomely for his time bc every other wine store I go to people are pretty useless but I know James has me covered when I go here. Dude even helped me off the clock like come on wine and spirits this man makes you feel so taken care of
