Kevin Tsui a month agoI am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an incident that occurred on May 1, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m. On that day, my father visited your store and purchased three bottles of vodka, with a total cost of $48.55 (including tax). He initially paid with a $100 bill. The cashier returned $51 in change, consisting of forty-one $1 bills and one $10 bill. Finding the amount of $1 bills excessive, my father decided to instead pay with a $50 bill that he had in his pocket. He returned the full $51 in change to the cashier and requested that his original $100 bill be returned to him. However, the cashier behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. He took back the $51 in change but refused to return my father’s $100 bill. As a result, my father was effectively charged the full $100 for the purchase without receiving any change. In addition, the cashier refused to engage in a reasonable discussion, raised his voice, and displayed extremely rude behavior. My father also felt he was subjected to discriminatory treatment during the interaction. When my father requested that surveillance footage be reviewed and contacted the police, the cashier refused to cooperate and continued to act in an aggressive manner. This experience was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. My father was treated with a lack of respect and fairness that no customer should have to endure. We respectfully request the following: A full refund of the $51 in change owed to my father. A formal apology for the cashier’s conduct. An internal review of this incident to ensure such behavior does not occur again. We look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
Aja Ben 6 months agoStore was clean and it was one of the few places that stayed open later. They had a good selection of spirits and wine to choose from. The only downside was that they do not sell chasers or mixers (soft drinks, juice, water). Luckily there’s a convenience store about two blocks away that stays open 24/7.
T B HURT 10 months agoThis employee has become a poor poor representative of this establishment!! He has totally forgotten what courtesy and professionalism is. All of the other employees including management have been great! ***** Stars for them.Yet I shall never patronize this particular store again and will pass this on to my friends, colleagues and family as well. And I'm not kidding.
Geoff Gillard a year agoThe staff were absolutely rude and the checkout service was non existent. We spent over a 100usd and my wife couldn’t use the rest room. She was told no. No counter service for 10 minutes with just a woman shouting at the front door. We will never go back and this branch has lost thousands of dollars business from us because of it. Happy to take our business elsewhere because of one individual.
Manu Nair 11 months agoWhen I inquired about a particular item, the staff member responded dismissively, saying it was not available. However, after checking the shelves myself, I found the item clearly stocked on the rack. This indicates either a lack of product knowledge or a disinterest in assisting customers. Additionally, the cashier was on a personal phone call during checkout and behaved as if she was doing me a favor rather than providing service. Her tone was rude and unprofessional, leaving a very unpleasant impression. I hope you take this feedback seriously and provide proper training and guidance to your staff to ensure a more respectful and helpful environment for customers.
