Almost always on top of things. Can’t tell you how happy I am that we, FINALLY RALEIGH, have reliable 24/7 places available. Yes, even an extremely well-stocked gas station with surprisingly decent made to order food. (Plus, the rumors are true - Sheetz plays good music 🤫).

I’ve been a regular at this station for years—filling up about 20 gallons every day and grabbing food from their drive-thru. Today, I had a small issue: the pump fail to stop after full. I went inside to mention it, and even though the clerk was initially unsure, the manager stepped in and was incredibly kind. He listened to my concern, and without any hassle, he refunded me for the two gallons. I really appreciated the genuine customer care—especially in times when gas prices are climbing. It made my daily stop even more worthwhile. I’m truly grateful for the amazing staff here!

I wish I thought to get her name but I had a great customer service experience on 03/06/2026 about 8:30am. I believe she was a manager (wearing grey shirt) and she had long black hair. She was incredibly kind and courteous at the check out line. She saw the line filling up and getting long so she ran over and helped the other staff to get the line length down by checking out other customers. All I got was a coffee but I left with a smile and appreciation for making my day better! Thank you kind worker!!

I echo the same as others here. Place is pretty much immaculate and tidy just like the other sheets that are around the region. The staff are quick to make the orders and everything is organized. No complaints, here. Definitely would be somewhere to go to to get your gas as well as your food. Recommend.

The manager at this location, should wiping and moping the bathrooms, not a manager disrespecting clients, the manger should be respectful and understanding and the customers are always right and should be treated accordingly. I hope the upper management read this review and consider firing her that she called her name Ashley which I doubt.
