Two older ladies working the register were super sweet. Who cares about the store, it’s about the workers and having positive energy and customer interactions!!! Thank you to the two queens for being kind ❤️

It’s alright. It’s just a liquor store and of course since it’s in Charlotte with all the taxes it’s way more expensive than the Indian Land stores with much less selection. They never have handles of Dixie Vodka which tastes like Tito’s but it’s $10-$12 less. So, it’s fine. It’s a monopoly by the state so you have no choice or other options.

Always quick and easy to get what I need here. Great selection. Marcus is amazing , best ABC worker I’ve had.

This place was terrible with customer service we walked in and was having trouble finding what we wanted because they only sell liquor no wine or beer you have to go to a WINE STORE the elder guy shouted and then proceeded to ask my wife to show her I’d even tho I was the one buying we are not from charlotte so my wife was asking why is that ..they guy got really snotty and said he was canceling the whole order …so now him and my wife was going back and forth it was elder lady who claimed she was the manager sat there and let her employee disrespect us ..good thing our uber driver was coop because he just went in and got what we wanted anyway ..HORRIBLE SERVICE I will stick to the Indians because it be ya own ppl

I went in looking for a drink that I thought was at the ABC Store the staff was able to locate that that wine at a local grocery store the staff is very friendly and they enjoy their job at the ABC Store it was a great experience
