I ordered my wine for delivery and it came from the East Woodlawn location. Unfortunately, the store shorted me on of my bottles. I contacted the driver to check to see if the mistake was on his end. He politely told me he delivered all that the store gave him. I called to inform the store of the mishap and the young lady (I don't recall her name) helped me solve the issue. She quickly got my item dispatched for another delivery for me. When it arrived, it came with a lovely thank you note and an extra bottle from the manager, Mack! Now THIS is customer service! I didn't ask for this gesture, but it definitely made up for my frustration! Thank you for jumping in and making things right! It did not go unnoticed! Keep up the excellent work!

First time visiting this location, and I was not disappointed. It is a bit overwhelming when you first enter, but once you get your bearings and locate the actual thing you want, it gets better. I was looking for some sparkling wine and located the aisle for it fairly easy. Was able to see a whole selection of all of their sparkling wine and noticed that they were cheaper than a Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Publix, etc. I was very excited to find the kind I like and for a fraction of the cost. This will be my new favorite place. They have a huge parking lot as it's located in a shopping center. Everyone was super friendly and efficient and gave great recommendations.

Great prices, great selection, helpful staff. We were in the Charlotte area for Mother's Day and decided to stock up on some wine and beer. The prices and selection are much better than where we live in Western North Carolina.

I went to this location for an investment seminar. We were in the classroom right off the front entrance. It included a wine tasting at the end with one of the total wine staff members. She was very sweet and knowledgeable abt the wines we tasted. And she was very patient with all of our questions lol. I walked around the store a bit and there definitely is no shortage of items to chose from. The staff I did encounter was very friendly.

Love Total Wine, long term customer all across the country! This location is amazing as are most...staff was happy, friendly and helpful...not on their phones even though it was slow at 9:30pm on a Friday night...the 10pm closing is awesome to get a quick stop on the way to visit friends! Only wish they were like the Tennessee location with full liquor selections...row after row! Lots of parking, plenty to look at and great gift selections!
