I only went to this store because I made a phone call.... Immediately when I asked the Male about it he got so aggressive about it, so I'm just looking at him , because I would've never went there if I couldn't get the bottle if I hadn't reached out.. My thing is why was he so aggressive when I only asked a question??? So glad the young lady that I talk to was still there because she came out with no problem and helped me.... All she asked was you the one I talked to on the phone.... Yassssssssss She definitely did her job Can't remember her name but she knows exactly who she is and thank again Ms Lady!!

Large selection and well kept store, I come in on and off. Always bring your id, even if someone knows you it’s best to be safe and keep the crew safe

Staff was friendly and I don’t drink but was looking for a bday gift for a friend. Staff assisted me with my selections.

Stock is still low on a lot of varieties. Hennessy is available behind the counter. 11/20/23 On this trip, I got me some White Hennessey that is for sale in the States for a limited time and a few other spirits. Customer service is ok. The stock seems to be back to normal from my last visit. 2/6/2025 This is my favorite ABC Store in Charlotte. On this visit, I came to pick up some Vibe Black and some Rain. Customer service this time was great.
