I’ve been in this location alot. Today was the first time I ever got service or even asked what I needed. Tim greeted me as soon as I walked in and when I asked where tequila was he walked from behind the counter and helped me choose and even told me about the specials. He was knowledgeable and friendly. There was a guy with long hair. I didn’t get his name but he chimed in on our convo and was knowledgeable too. I am a bartender so I love talking about the distillery process and types of spirits. Usually workers at these stores don’t know much or share same passions. 10/10 with staff and store appearance and customer service!

I come to this ABC on a regular basis to pick up alcohol for my restaurant, and also pick up alcohol for my personal use. All of the employees are great, and everyone is very nice/attentive. This review has nothing to do with the customer service here. Im only leaving this review because recently I bought a 1.75L of lunazul reposado that has a very chemically soap taste. I thought I was going crazy, but my friends tried some and agreed. Not only is it undrinkable, but im actually concerned as to what is in the bottle to give it such a rancid chemical forward taste. Ive been drinking lunazul for 8 years as a mixing tequila for cocktails. Its nothing special, but its never tasted like straight chemicals. Even when i made a margarita with it the margarita tasted like soap. This bottle doesnt even taste like tequila. Im sure this bottle has to be from a contaminated batch...

Wow! That is a high class ABC store! It is beautiful. It was remodeled and redesigned. The floor are gorgeous and the displays and signage make finding what you need a snap. Excellent customer service. Lots of parking. Easily accessible.

The white man with grey hair working the cash register was very rude for no reason. You would expect better customer service when you are spending your money at an establishment. I will never return to this store because of him.
