Havana Smoke & Reserve is a solid spot. The vibe is great, exactly what you want from a smoke shop. Staff behind the bar and on the floor were friendly and actually attentive, which makes a difference. Easy place to relax and enjoy yourself. Would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking for a chill place to kick it.

Very nice, quaint sized cigar spot. I came early so I was the only soul, which made it feel even more special. The bartender was very attentive. The cigar selection on the day I arrived left a bit to be desired. They had some tried and true favorites, but it would have been nice to find a stogie or two that were unique. No major worries, I still enjoyed the selection. Same with the spirits selection. They had enough of rhe cornerstone items, but nothing that blew me away. The seating areas are very nice and the view from the 4th story balcony are awesome. This place will most definitely be a must visit every time I visit Charlotte.

We were in town celebrating my brother's birthday. There were concerns about the service. We had a conversation with the manager Ish and he made things right. Music (amazing) Atmosphere (amazing) Cigars (amazing)! If you're in Charlotte NC and looking for a nice cigar bar, go see Ish at Havana Smoke and Reserve! Thank you Ish and Havana for an amazing night! Ish thank you for the pictures and hospitality!

Went last night and left after an hour… I must say I was excited about going based on the website, thinking we were going to enjoy a chill, relaxing, upscale experience and it was none of the above. To my surprise, the atmosphere was very clubby and loud( couldn’t have a conversation with the person sitting across, the dress code described in the website was definitely not adhered to, cocktails they specialized in making were slim pickings (3 to be exact), but a full bar to pick from. The wine I chose was not best quality. Loved the balcony and the city view despite all the other cons

Took my guy out for a promotion celebration and birhday. I hope I get my host name right I think it was Paulina I know she also works for tinderbox. Anyways, I was really impressed with how well she knew the cigars and pairings. Defintley an A player for the business adds allot of value and made our experience great!
