Julio Aguilar a month agoPrice Gouging like crazy. Bought Pall Malls regularly at every normal shop at $5 plus a lil change..here tho you paying almost $9, other items as well as I seen. Over taxing for items on a big scale is crazy. So my advice to other people look for a decent store not trying to over price items. Even LD 100 are less than $5 at every other tabaco shop.
Josie J 6 months agoThe following review is not a complaint — it is a documented safety and liability issue that requires immediate corporate intervention. Before anything else, I need to make this very clear: Everything I’m describing below is based on firsthand observation, multiple witnesses, and video evidence already shared with police. I am using careful phrasing (“appears,” “consistent with,” etc.) solely because platforms remove reviews that are too direct — not because I have any doubt about what I witnessed. Now the details: For over a year, residents in the building above this 7-Eleven have observed and recorded ongoing activity that is, for all practical purposes, drug dealing occurring on and around this property. This is not speculation — this includes conduct involving individuals who frequent this store and, in at least one case, a current employee. Specific documented patterns include: • I personally witnessed an employee engage in conduct any reasonable person would identify as a drug transaction, which was also captured on video. • Individuals approaching this employee, speaking briefly, then being directed outside or to his vehicle. • People arriving, interacting for seconds, then leaving without entering the store or making a purchase. • Groups repeatedly loitering at the entrance conducting quick hand-to-hand exchanges. • Individuals associated with this 7-Eleven lingering outside and then tailgating into our secured residential building. • One of these individuals appears on video with the suspect involved in a recent mailroom break-in, loading bags into a vehicle together. Neighbors have filed multiple police reports. Officers have responded repeatedly. Our HOA president and building management are actively communicating with law enforcement because the situation has escalated into a legitimate public safety concern. Now the consequences: This location is failing its basic obligations as a franchise — to ensure employee compliance, maintain safety, and prevent illegal activity on the property. If 7-Eleven corporate does not intervene, this franchise is exposing itself to serious legal and operational liability. Given the documented incidents, recorded evidence, and repeated police involvement, ignoring this situation is no longer an option. We are urgently requesting corporate or the franchise owner to: • Review and pull internal and external security footage • Conduct an immediate investigation into employee conduct • Remove any employee involved in unsafe or unlawful behavior • Enforce franchise safety and compliance standards • Restore basic safety and operational control to this location Our community wants to support this store — but as things stand, the conditions here are unsafe, unacceptable, and legally risky for 7-Eleven if left unaddressed.
Bonnie Jenkins 9 months agoI would give it zero Stars if I could. They keep a out of order sign and the doors locked on the restroom so no one can use it. Kids and I were here riding scooters from out of town just to enjoy the area. Been here four times and the bathroom's out of order every time. And they're rude when you ask about it.
Ethan Thomas 9 months agoThe store deserves zero stars. Don’t expect to get any of the promotions on the coolers for drinks, such as buy two for a certain price. They are full of it will not give you any promotion that’s advertised.
Jeremy H 10 months agoThis place is a complete nuisance to gateway condos. It has become a haven for homeless people harassing you for something every time you try to go in. The owners let people camp out and destroy the area with trash and drug paraphernalia
