OMG! While staying in a hotel close to here , my wife and I wanted a few things. And im on crutches , we walked / crutched over ( we where only a few blocks away) to 711 and found a closed store that says 24 hours ! Super disappointed as we needed some Tylenol and other stuff but we ended up having to find a place that was really open at 1030 pm ! YOU SHOULD BE SOME WHAT RESPECTFUL BY PUTTING UP YOUR REAL HOURS! AND STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME!

Not 24 hrs, walked quite a ways for nothing. Just be honest! Edit: 7/11 replied with a link that doesn't work because their account it suspended.

Definitely not 24 hours. Paper sign on door at 11pm saying closed. Needs new management. Let down too many times now. Heart of charlotte too, have to do better.

They need to take the 24-hours off the website because 7-Eleven is not 24 hours it used to be a long time ago so it really need to take that off the website because people think 24hours but they are not
