Went on a Saturday, lady cashier left the register while there were three customers inline to chat with a customer leaving the store. Didn’t say anything about us waiting. Then treated me like crap because I swiped the gift card both ways and was loud and repeated herself. She grabbed the card swiped it and it didnt work. So she needed a manager. Why be rude. Why work in customer service. 🙄

DONT BUY CIGAR TINS AT TOTAL WINE. They ruined the cigars by taking them out every day and allowing them to dry out. Then bring them back in to the humidor to get moist.

I love this location! The staff is always helpful with questions and suggestions. I do both in store shopping and curbside with both experiences being the reason I come back. They even have wine classes and spirits tasting throughout the store sporadically. It’s also a better deal every time.

I had an awesome experience with Preston today! He made sure I was taken care of, and he even recommended this wine - which is absolutely delicious!!! Definitely makes the list on my top 5 best wines. I love sweet and carbonated, and his recommendation was spot on! I’m so glad I ran into him today!! Amazing worker with amazing taste!!🫶🏼🤍
