Was looking for some spirited souvenirs to take home from the Big Easy, and this liquor store was highly recommended by the locals. Family run for decades, grandson Matthew was a wonderful help in choosing locally crafted beers and spirits for us. He also shared that they offer delivery to hotels, and you can order ahead of your arrival to ensure they have whatever you’re looking for in stock. So impressed with the outstanding customer service! Prices were reasonable, and they had the lowest priced beignet mixes and coffee we’d seen among their wares. Definitely worth a visit.

About 10 Burgundy style bottles to choose from. SOME STELLER bordeaux to choose from, a couple ofvreally good Willamette valley pilots also. I went with this 2020 Maranges! Big flavor! Thanks

Really great service here, prices clearly marked so no price surprises. CC charges are also clearly stated at register. The nice lady at the counter helped out with selecting some wines and local whiskey. Highly recommend this place. Prices are slightly higher but that is everywhere here.

We love visiting the Vieux Carré Wine and Spirits and we have shopped here for years. This is a family owned and operated business with great service and a very large selection of beer, spirits, wines and any type mixes. Their staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are surprisingly reasonable and have always had anything I have asked for, in stock.

Prices about 20% lower than places we looked on Canal Street. Helpful staff, low prices, neither busy nor loud - definitely worth the walk!
