The convenience and friendly staff are definitely the highlights of this spot—they’re always professional and helpful, which makes for a smooth experience overall. However, the pricing here is noticeably higher than other liquor stores in the area. While not entirely unexpected, it reflects a broader and troubling pattern: businesses in lower-income neighborhoods often mark up prices disproportionately, capitalizing on limited local options. It’s frustrating, especially when affordability matters most in these communities. Still, the service and accessibility keep it from being a total miss.

Good selection, mostly good staff. Prices are $20/bottle higher for some items. I really want this place to be successful because it is so convenient. It started off fantastic, but as time goes on there are some serious drawbacks. The staff are great except the ones that the ones who are there to ensure a safe experience. The security guard shouldn’t be relentlessly hitting on every woman who walks in the door. I mentioned it to the staff behind the counter and they just shrugged and said they have so say about it. Crown Vanilla 1 liter is $20 higher than any other store I’ve seen it in. A few other brand’s bottles are the same. I hope this place gets its act together. It would be nice to have a reputable place in the neighborhood but this place is only getting worse over time.
