It’s HUUGGGEEE! Extensive selection with good prices. Lots of cold options in the coolers. Nice wine selections, with high end choices stored in a beautiful glass cellar. Employee’s are friendly and come around to see you need help and are finding what you are searching for. Well lit and clean store with security on site inside and in the parking lot. Being Thanksgiving week, it was super busy and the parking lot was full but the store didn’t feel too crowded, checkout was fast and helpful to pack our choices into boxes for easy transport. We stop here every visit through ALT, it’s a destination in and of itself!

HORRIBLE store, with HORRIBLE customer service!!! DO NOT SHOP OR ORDER FROM TOWER LIQUOR... because this isn't the first time I've had a large ticket order mysteriously go missing. Ricardo (an alleged manager, who is TERRIBLE at his job, btw) and Esther are two of the most incompetent employees I've experienced in a long time, with absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. They gave an Uber Eats driver the wrong order, then somehow tried to blame the Uber Eats driver for "receiving" the wrong order directly from them... and then they made no attempt whatsoever to rectify their error. FYI, it's not the Uber Eats driver's job to verify the contents of orders! Ester could never really explain how our $200+ order of alcohol never left the store and how I was sent a few bottles of Powerade instead. Ricardo basically said "oh well", told me to contact Uber Eats to get my $200 back and didn't even offer to resend my order... even though it was clearly their fault. And now, they have the AUDACITY to charge me a "$25 restocking fee" for alcohol they know they never sent?! I made sure I recorded the conversation with that incompetent manager, Ricardo as well, so guess who will be filing a chargeback for this restocking fee? What a pathetic, disgraceful pack of employees! Makes me exceedingly happy now that this store got robbed a few months ago. Do not shop at Tower because they are a sketchy store, with very sketchy practices. Go to GREEN'S instead!

Love everything about this store! The selection, service and location are outstanding. Plenty of employees to assist you with anything you need. They will even help you load your car. This is why they have almost 3000 reviews and a 4.7 rating. Keep up the good job Tower!

Good liquor, helpful service. Nice selection and variety and prices seem to be lowest in the area. Also has security guard and plenty of parking. Will be returning to look at their craft beer selection.

Store has a great selection of regular beer, specialty and October beers. Can find beer and liquor from all over at a good price as I have compared from other stores. Staff is helpful if you need assistance.
