Urban grocery and convenience shop with items to stock the kitchen, clean the pad and live that city life in Channelside. Well run, well stocked and here for your needs including alcohol alternative and functional beverages. Diane at the counter was a lovely steward of warm hospitality. Thank you for your service.

As a city worker who services one of the nearby dog parks, I have to make a stop into this small store. They have the freshest grocery items. Most of all I go there for a pick-me up on my day, by simply stopping to say hello to Ms. Diana. She has an awesome spirit and seeing how other customers interact with her makes me feel optimistic again about people being genuine. Of course I can get an almond Hershey bar from other stores I pass on my route, the stop is worthwhile.

I have to say every time I have work conference in town I have to stop by here and get my favorite snacks. This shop is amazing but the few encounters I have had are amazing especially with the morning staff such as Miss. Diane her amazing welcome into the store in fantastic its warm and friendly and makes you want to come in buy the whole store but however I do not recommend going in evening hours I have went in there in no warm welcome in fact the staff looks like they do not want to come in look bothered and they do not welcome you in the liquor store is fantastic as well an elder Indian woman is always helpful along with a young beautiful Indian girl that is there during the weekdays super friendly and warm wish I had her name but the other male staff if you walk in they pop their heads up and do not say welcome hello how are you instead they go behind a phone screen computer I have several business's that is not how staff should behave I also blog about small business's I come across and I thought Id give positive feedback but sadly cannot place has potential if evening staff is properly trained and taught customer service I wish the managers will train staff accordingly because no one wants to go into a store and feel unwelcomed. I never say this if you do not like you job quit or managers need to put the employees that do a fantastic job more into the store preferably females. I still love this store it has potential if once again certain staff is retrained on how to greet customers its proper basic manners and also the hygenine on some of them

This is my neighborhood market and I come here all the time. I’ve got to say, I’ve never once had a bad experience and everyone there always brings a smile to my face. Mrs Diane in particular always brightens my day. Give her a warm smile and say hey next time you’re in there, and I’m certain you’ll leave happier than you arrived.
