Katie Warner 3 years agoThey definitely lost my business. All over a bag of ice. That young girl is not anything like the women who used to run the window. And I miss her. All good. It’s the principle to me. Just be honest. You pay for something and then they don’t give it. One time she tried to say I only gave her a $10 and I gave her a $20, they corrected that immediately but wanna lie about ice. Soo petty.

paul Duncan 4 years agoThese ladies are so polite in spite of the crowds! Mary, was so enjoyable during out engagement and made our experience seamless! Now waiting in line for 27 minutes was understandable and Mary saved the day joking with me & my wife to ease the pain! Never lose your spirit for customer service because YOU HAVE NAILED IT!
