Wild Whiskey is clean and has a wide variety of product options. It's open late so no need to worry or rush. There is not a lot of parking but it's usually not super packed. Keep up the good work!

I ordered 3 bottles of Salted Caramel Kahlua to be delivered and the store put in REGULAR Kahlua for the Door Dasher to deliver to me. This was a $90 purchase plus $50 for tips and fees to Door Dash. I called the store and explained they sent me the wrong product. She admitted it and said she was "sorry" that I could come get it that day. I explained I didn't have a car but I would try my best to get there. Then I am heading there within 48 hours of receiving the product expecting to replace the 2 regular for the last 2 they had in stock; what I actually ordered and paid for. I agreed to just being stuck with the 3rd bottle of regular (that I don't like & wouldn't have purchased if their system was run accurately.) I head there and call as I'm en route to be sure that the order was ready with the 2 they still had in stock with my name, which the lady had taken and assured me would be fine. Ended up they wouldn't let me return the unopened bottles and wouldn't let me just exchange the 2 perfectly sealed and packaged as received unopened bottles of regular Kahlua for salted caramel, what I ordered according to all records which showed in their system. Bad customer service and I'm a very loyal buyer of this product, but I will never purchase from here. They missed out on a very loyal buyer.

They screwed me over on a doordash order....I paid for a 1.75 liter of sailor jerry but they sent me two 750ml instead without notification.....I ordered a 1.75 because it's cheaper than buying 2 750ml......I asked for a refund and someone was supposed to pick the order up because they ended up charging me about $10 more an then told me I should be thankful because he gave me 2 750ml that cost more than a 1.75L...... that's why I ordered a 1.75L is because the more you buy the cheaper it is.... he said somebody was gonna come by and pick up the bottles and I'll get a full refund but that never happened..... the bottles are still sealed and have not been opened
