This used to be the best liquor store in Colorado Springs, but their customer service has become TERRIBLE in the last several months. Employees walk right by without any acknowledgement, if you need help they act like you're bothering them, and product questions get rude replies. I gave them a few chances because I liked the store in the past, but I'll never shop there again after the bad experience I had today. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: For most people, money is tight and Colorado Springs is full of liquor stores. Customers don't have to spend their money where it's OBVIOUSLY not appreciated. A little bit of polite service goes a long way. When your sales tank, you'll know why.

Large selections of wine, beer, and whiskey. Also have a good selection of individual beers that you can make your own 6-pack. Often have allocated bourbons at decent prices. Picked up an EH Taylor small batch for $79 and there were plenty more on the shelf.

The last 2 times Ive ordered from here, through Uber Eats, I never received the order! After 3 and a half hours, it was marked as delivered! Granted, i did try to cancel the order well before the 3 hours but Uber wouldnt allow me to! I understand that the store may be busy but if something is going to take hours, at least let the customer know!

My delivery order was charged but never came. While I was refunded for the item, the tip was not. The hours for this store say they were open till 11pm on the night this happened however, when I called to ask about my delivery at 830 and again at 9, there was no answer. Use caution when ordering delivery as they tip their drivers for doing nothing and charge the customer. Ridiculous.

Always great prices and helpful staff. Found my favorites - Red Breast & Tin Cup. The real treat is finding Traverse City premium cocktail cherries, great on ice cream.
