Absolutely the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in a liquor store and i have travelled all across the US to just go to liquor stores…. The first thing that i noticed was the cashier was giving me a dirty look while i was walking the aisle so i nodded at her and she continued giving me the mean look so i just went back to doing what i was doing then about a min later she yelled at me and said “you cant do that” so i said “what” then she replied “why you taking pictures of the bottles? You cant do that” while she was saying that she was progressively getting more hostile towards me without giving me a chance to explain to her that I wasnt taking pictures,i was using the upc on the bottles to price check the bottles to see if they were close to msrp….. she didn’t want anything to do with what i was saying at this point so she started saying that i wasnt allowed to price check the bottles so i ended up leaving…. Long story short there is definitely something off on the pricing of the items in this store so if you do not want to get ripped off definitely do not shop here…

This place has polite, helpful services and a payment processor that works (unlike Plaza 21 liquor) BITTY was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and HELPFUL

Very nice folks, who even helped me carry multiple large bags of ice to my truck. Very friendly and helpful, and they have a surprisingly good wine selection for such a little store. And rewards points - yay! Support your local mom and pop store!

I have shopped at this liquor store for over 10 years and it came in on a Tuesday 9/2 night and as I proceeded to the checkout, I was told that they stopped selling alcohol at 11:55 lil now I was in the store previous two then I’ve been in the store for about 10 minutes and nobody said on the intercom or throughout the whole store that they were closed we were closing anything and I was treated with such disregard for being what they call a loyalty customer that now I will never shop in this liquor store again due to the way that I was treated by someone’s friend who didn’t my C I I work here. It’s sad to see when your local stores disregard their local native . I will make sure to tell on my friends on the westside this is not the store it once was when it comes to customers service is the so gone. Will not be coming back wouldirl
