Their expertise and 110% Customer Satisfaction have been on point and being a US Marine Veteran of 14 years, who has traveled the world, knows what humility REALLY means. Lets just say I will NOT be returning, and thats unfortunate, they have great prices, but this encounter I had. I've been debating on writing this, as i do not write reviews but today was the day I decided to do it. I went there a couple of weeks ago, when i went to check out. This particular staff member was harassing me, making disgusting comments, being overall sexist. I was APPALLED, I immediately canceled transaction which only made more comments arrived. And to be clear I didn't get a name but he was a tall white man who is bald, definitely do not want to go back, I do not feel comfortable. Beware ladies

You need to talk to ALL of your staff about checking EVERYONES ID not just when they want to. And whoever your guy is tonight didnt ID the 3 guys in front of me but yet demanded I show my ID. Consistency should be thru all of your staff and all thru your shifts not just when they want to be rude.

I was not paying attention to what I was doing!! and Managed to lock my keys in my new car at Smoker City on Palmer Park and Academy !! DUH However Carlos the "Awsome casher" went above and beyond to come to my aid, he told me he had a tool that he could possibly unlock my car door. He tried all my doors with his door "unlocking" tool, 😉 however I have a Subaru Crosstrek, Google recommends you do not use said tool as it is not very successful, and could cause damage. So back in the store I went. I asked Carlos if they sold water, he reached under the counter and gave me a new bottle of cold water.🥹 I asked him if this was his.new bottle of water, he was such a polite and caring young man!! Stating "oh its fine you have it " handing me the bottle of water. Everytime I have come into this store everyone is always friendly, helpful people! Thank you Carlos for making a stressful embarrassing experience something I can look back at with a 😊 As waited for my AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL Grandson to drive over and bring me the spare key! He also went above and beyond to come out on a Saturday night to come bail out his "other grandma"! ( a term of endearment) Thank you also to all of the VERY NICE PEOPLE who saw me standing outside Smoker City on the phone obviously upset (with myself) and stopped to ask if I needed any help ! 😊 In closing Thank you for renewing my faith,( never really lost it) that people do still lookout for one another!!🙂
