Unreliable UPS access point. My package sat behind the counter next to the guy’s register for four days. I finally had to go get it back. Nice enough guys, just really unreliable.

The store owner gave me an attitude for legally parking in the yellow zone on a Sunday (all this while he’s parked in the red zone). Clearly doesn’t understand that, per City code, these zones don’t apply after 6pm Mon thru Sat, or on Sundays and holidays. People parked in the green zone in front of me came back and asked if they’re ok to park there while he’s arguing with me. Owner points to me and says, “According to some people, you can park here all day.” Rishi, the city code says that the zone restriction doesn’t apply on Sundays (no apology or acknowledgment when I showed him the code); if you have an issue, stop bothering the public and go talk to the city. Tells me people like me have no respect for businesses. I’m a business owner. But also have respect for people and the public in general, and their rights; I’m not going to try to impose on the public right for my benefit. Stop harassing people that are parked legally … again, all while you’re parked in the red zone (parking in the red zone is not legal even “for a few mins so I can unload”, like you told me … specially when you’re then creating issues for people that are parked legally and going about their day).

I would love to leave them no stars but clearly that's not an option. My UPS package was sent to this store by default after not being available to receive the package at my residence. I simply called to see if the package was in fact at this location. Upon calling I was helped by JOSEPH who was very rude. He told me he was too busy to help me because he had customers in front of him. Why is the telephone customer representative unable to help me? I asked to speak to someone else and was denied. I'm mainly writing this review in hopes that management will read this and properly deploy their employees. It is baffling that this is the standard for customer at Belmont Heights Market. PLEASE GET JOSEPH SOME PROPER TRAINING AND PLAN FOR A MORE SUITABLE LABOR DEPLOYMENT SO YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED OTHERWISE WE WILL BE HAPPY TO RETURN TO THIS PLACE WHEN THEY TEAR IT DOWN AND MAKE IT A CHIPOTLE!

This place is a fraud they lose your packages DO NOT USE AS AN ACCESS POINT!!!!! they lose your packages and they are extremely rude about it... they have costed me 3 different headaches. please please save yourself trouble and dont use them. they will not help you and they will basically tell you youre wrong about deliveries even when ups said no someone signed for it already

Can't support this place any longer, their staff seem to get off on telling ppl to mask, despite the emergent data that masks don't work, and mask mandates are ineffective. They wouldn't serve me. No offer of a disposable mask, nothing. They should realize if you despise ur clientele, as you are doing, a lot of those ppl aren't coming back.
