Been here a few times and have always been impressed with this selection, organization and staff. The layout is relatively easy to find what you are looking for. And if you need help, there are usually staff wandering around looking to help out customers. Most times that I have been there, they are having either tastings or samples of different products. These might be in-store personnel or the vendor reps. Always knowledgeable about the different products. The checkouts are pretty efficient, and I have always found them staffed with pleasant "people" people. They have a loyalty program, and is helpful to save a few bucks on your purchases. I don't always come here (it's a bit out of my way), but when I do I know that they are likely to have what I am looking for.

Great selection overall—these stores really feel like rental superstores, but for liquor 😉. However, I'm deducting a point for the recent lackluster discounts. Lately, it's been just $3 off coupons, and honestly, at that point, why bother? You can find better deals elsewhere. Additionally, I'm taking off another point for the in-store experience. The staff is constantly badgering you, borderline aggressive, when you're just trying to browse. Hoping the good deals make a comeback soon. Until then, I'll stick to shopping online.

I love the store. Clean and professional. You can have a personal shopper to help and the customer service is amazing. This is a (good) spoiled experience while shopping, it's wonderful.

I love to come here to get all of my favorite wines. They don't always have what I'm looking for, but the friendlieness of the staff and the eagerness to help make up for it. It's a huge store, you'll spend a good minute here looking for a good bottle of bubbly

Very well laid out and well lit. I told my wife it was the most fun I've had shopping in months! Excellent selection of everything, including beer and whiskey, not just wine.
