Shout out to Kim for making our recent trip to Total Wine so enjoyable. She caught up with us at multiple tasting stations throughout the store and was incredibly helpful and fun to chat with. She completely elevated our visit! We ended up getting four bottles. 👀 🍾🍷

The store is extremely well stocked across the board with affordable/cooking/entry/high value items. The best part is the staff. Today I came in with questions about cooking with wine, and I had a photo of a wine bottle I was referred to. Caroline not only knew instantly that this location did not have that particular varietal, but she showed me 3 other options, and gave me additional information about how to cook with wine. The stock can't be appreciated without the staff providing guidance, and Caroline knocked it out of the park.

My wife and I have gone to this store several times and they are always friendly. Just can't say enough of the staff, we came in to pick a champagne for a special date and the staff member spent time explaining 3 different bottles that we might like based off of our wine and other champagne taste. If you ever have a question it seems the employees really listen and know the wines that will match what you are looking for.

I have a closing tomorrow and wanted to pick up a celebratory beverage for my clients. I first stopped by a grocery store closer to home, but the champagne I was looking for was out of stock—and even the sale price was much higher than at Total Wine. Thankfully, I made my way to the Hilltop Total Wine location and had a much better experience. I found exactly what I needed quickly, and both the cashier, D'Asia, and the wine manager, Kristin, were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Excellent service and a great visit overall!

Wish we had one where I live. Always stop when we're traveling and find one. Prices are good, wines are by type and alphabetical. Employees are always ready to help.
