Before I drove to this location, I called it w/ some questions & the lady who answered the phone was so helpful & had a great attitude about it. The store had more than one option of the item I was interested in which is always a plus. Check out was an ease too, Mason was friendly & fast. I had a terrible experience elsewhere just before I came here, Don's & Ben's on Nacogdoches. It was right next door to another establishment I was at so it was convenient. This location was only about 7 min away, still super convenient! I'm a rare shopper at this store, liquor stores in general, but every time I do shop here it's a pleasant experience I'm grateful for. Next liquor run, Total Wine & More it is with ZERO hesitation 😃

I went in here today to purchase some products for the game tonight. I have a temporary I d along with my I d that expired last month.These two items can get you through a traffic stop, with no problem. But yet, here they seem to be a huge issue. The front store manager who made it very clear, She was the head of that department told me that there was no way they could sell me anything with my temporary, I.d , I d. Rather than hold up the line, I just said, okay. I'll make a call. So I called the other store in San Antonio, and they said they would gladly help me out also if i had my passport. I could use that as well. He told me something the lady never told me. Which would have saved me a long trip. Take it, this is the same company. So apparently this employee can make her own rules up for the front of her store. So I went back in and told her, if this was common practice.She said she was not going to take a paper id with a hard copy of an expired.Id, even though the other store that is connected to her on the other side of town would take it.No problem, so she would rather have me.Drive all the way across town, wasting expensive gas.Just because she wants to run her store.The way she thinks she needs to run it even though she's just an employee.So i'm hoping that someone sees this and can rectify this before it happens to anyone else.Usually when we go into stores like this, we're looking to enjoy ourselves.And just relax instead, i'm driving across town because someone wanted to play queen of the front of the house. This was totally unacceptable.I might just start going to another store to grab what I need.So to the owner of total wine and more. The varied rules between stores have pushed a loyal customer away..

Easy in and out. Great selection. Had what I came for but walked out with a rarer find.

Total Wine was great, they had a great selection and all the staff members were friendly and helpful. Kelly was very helpful in sharing her knowledge about bourbon and tequila during our tastings. We'll definitely be back. We wish there was a store closer to 281 and Bulverde Rd area.
