Ask for Joshua. He is the #1 guy to go to, and he does a damn good job! He is very helpful, very intelligent, very knowledgable about selections, and we appreciated him educating us on questions we had, and helping us through a decision making process. I will be a return customer to this location

The customer "service" at this TW location is a joke. I've literally had more polite & professional service at the DMV. I came here on a Monday following one of their quarterly Grand Reserve bourbon drops to see if they were putting out leftovers from the weekend. I've been a Grand Reserve for over 2 years and it's been a standard practice that they would put out any leftovers on the following Monday. So as I was browsing, one of the staff members asked if I needed help finding anything so I mentioned that I was checking to see if there was any leftover bourbon from the weekend and he mentioned that they had some but they were only for Grand Reserve so as long as you were a Grand Reserve member you should probably be able to get one even if you had gotten one on Saturday. He politely mentioned that he would check with the manager for me. After he spoke with his management he approached me to update me and as he and I were speaking a female staff member with straight light brown hair (mid 40s of age) who claimed to be a manager addressed me in a very rude tone by saying "Hi, do you have any questions for the manager?". I responded that the gentleman staff member was updating me about an inquiry and she responded with "Oh well you already got one on Saturday so you can't get another one today". And then followed it with a very snark "Do you have any other questions for the management here??". I've spent thousands of dollars at this specific location over the past few years only to have a $30k/year salary retail "manager" speak to me like I'm trying to swindle her out of a $40 bottle of bourbon. I can see why turnover at this location is so high because having to work with people like this "manager" every day who get a power trip from working at a retail liquor store has to be mental torture. Total Wine has been going downhill for quite a while now and it's obvious why. When you have individuals representing your brand and business who treat their most loyal customers in such an unprofessional manner, those customers are going to take their business elsewhere. And for that reason so will I. Probably for the best too since Spec's has 20X more allocated drops every year and actually hires and trains their staff to be respectful to ALL customers.

Upon entering the store, it was very clean. I visited this total wine for a rum tasting. This was so much fun! Though I am not a fan of rum straight, it was cool tasting the different options. They did provide a Mojito, which was really good. Very refreshing. I also enjoyed the spiced rum. I appreciated the fact that they did a presentation along with the tasting. They also provided small bites for us to eat. We tasted eight different rums. It was fun for a date night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good vibe! I would definitely do another class.

I love when Total Wine offers samples—it’s the best way to discover something new. I recently found an incredible organic vodka that’s a little sweet, a little spicy, and incredibly smooth. Definitely check out Truman Vodka!

Good experience here, it was pretty challenging finding someone to help us pick out the cognac at first. Later Angie finally approached and later referred the cognac expert. Overall a good experience!
