I ordered and paid for pictures for a significant other as I have many times other cvs’s. When i arrived only 2 of my 20 pics were printed out and the lady said the rest couldn’t be done. Mind you some of the pictures were of me and some of my cat so I don’t understand why it couldn’t be done. After I told them I had already paid for them they reluctantly printed them out for me. My guess is they are creepy and wanted to keep some of my personal pictures to themselves. DONT PRINT PICTURES HERE

Worst pharmacy in the CVS franchise! In particular the incompetent and rude Manager Shakira! Had oral surgery yesterday. My usual pharmacy is the CVS pharmacy in Target on West 7th, of which I’ve never had an issue. However this particular time 2 out of 3 of my RXs were ready for pickup and the other out of stock; The one on Houston St Downtown (where I live) happened to have all in stock so I transferred them there via the app for pick up! When my Mom went to pick them up Shakira asks her if she has “MY” ID? Why? Umm no, but she has her own! Then she proceeded to say she couldn’t release them without additional info from the Provider/Dentist. When asked what info she stated she couldn’t disclose this to me (I’m on the phone with my Mom) but only with the provider. As my Mom asks her why the RX were ready for PU at the other CVS but not here, she states she can’t answer for the other CVS! So I gather CVS policies differ depending on the location???? She also told my Mom she couldn’t make the call to the provider she needed to make because my Mom was still talking to her! Apparently multi tasking is a difficult skill for Shakira, along with professionalism. I then asked her to transfer my RXs back to Carroll Street because both my Mom and I were fed up with her unprofessional behavior; she then claims she couldn’t transfer them back to Carroll Street without this additional provider info; although Carroll Street had no issue transferring them to Houston St. without this secretive undisclosed provider info required!! She then says she wasn’t there when it transferred so she doesn’t know! (The transfer was done via the app; thus her presence was irrelevant!). All this for antibiotics and ibuprofen?? When individuals need their RX it is ridiculous to have to deal with unnecessary road-blocks and deplorable customer service! I’ve never used this location before and will never do so again.

Review for Pharmacy only. This store is the reason I finally switched to Amazon pharmacy. I honestly felt like they didn’t want the hassle of filling my order and kept making reasons to delay it. My prescription wasn’t going to be filled by the time I needed it. I messaged my Doctor office and had them send my prescription to Amazon. Two hours later the prescription wasn’t approved by an Amazon pharmacist. I ordered and it was delivered to me next day before 11am. I’ll be transferring all my prescriptions.

Some of the employee’s at this location are rude. Not everyone that comes in here steals or deserve to be treated less than. You all are here to treat the customers fairly and with respect. If you got to walk around with an attitude and not have effective communication then maybe this job isn’t a good fit for you. Also, the store is not always properly stocked. I won’t be returning to this location.
