Maria always has the store nice and clean and she is very sweet I love her she is the reason I shop at this store every day she deserves a raise she does a good job at night by herself..

I had a terrible first experience with this store, and gave a poor review the first time around, but I changed it due to the owner actually reaching out to me and apologizing for the experience I had in his store. The store is new and actually a nice store, but employees are what make any experience you have there pleasant or unpleasant. It was really cool to me that he reached out to me not to ask me to change my review but to apologize and give his store a second chance. I appreciate it greatly and I have decided to do just that.

Hey 7-11 people!! Please check the card slots on those gas pumps!! For the second time in 2 years my card shows a FRAUD ALERT, (confirmed by my bank the next day), and the fake transaction ( $ 127, and I did not even pump gas ) was denied. This time I checked the pump and found your security seal missing. It may be HACKED!! Look into that won't you???

I had a frustrating experience on September 29, 2024 with a night-shift cashier at this location. He mistakenly gave my online food order to someone else and refused to offer any compensation, even though it was his error. This cashier, who happens to be Hispanic, didn’t bother verifying the order by checking the code and name, which is something customers receive after placing their order. What made things worse is that he was rude and didn’t even apologize for the mix-up. I’ve been a loyal customer here for three years, and the Arabic owner has always been kind and respectful, but this cashier showed no respect for me and had a terrible attitude, despite being the one at fault. After this experience, I will not be coming back to this store again.
