This 711 is terrible. They have sold me products that are damaged or defective when attempting to use them and will not give refunds even when I open the products in front of the associates in-store and show them they don’t work. Do not waste your money here, terrible staff and management.

This is an awful 7-11. Dreadful. Most 7-11 convenience stores are pretty good. This one is truly dreadful. The music outside is blaring loud. No garbage containers by the fuel pump. I couldn’t find tap to pay on the outside, so I had to go inside. Poor selection of product. Very expensive. Worse than most convenience stores. All of this is not a deal breaker. However, the man with the ball cap at the cashier station is very RUDE! I don’t care if he has had the worst day ever, you don’t do that!!! I work with thousands of customers every month at my own job. Unacceptable. This is inexcusable. This location is pretty rough, but I will never come back here to THIS 7-11 location based on that one employee alone.

Convenient stop but if you're in a rush I do NOT recommend. The pumps constantly say "see cashier". The motivation may be just to make it defective so you go into the store.. I'm not sure either way try and make it a point to pump the day before on this one.

There is obviously new management at this location. The store is cleaner and the staff far more professional in their appearance and attitude. Today, I observed one of the team members, Angel, assisting an elderly customer at the gas pump she was showing the lady how to use the pump. I overheard part of their conversation - the lady customer lost her husband of nearly 60 years two weeks ago. She had never pumped her own gas in her life. Angel reassured her and told her to, “Come by anytime, we’re here to help & we are so sorry for your loss.” When paying for my beverage, I inquired about the customer and Angel assured me she was fine. I complimented Angel and the other employee on their service - what an improvement! My only request is for the new management to bring back fresh brewed tea.
