Extremely rude individual on the phone. I called about a ad that didn't seem legit and they confirmed that it was not their business and hung up the phone. I understand that they must have received several calls regarding the ad but no reason to be so rude about it. I was going to inquire about a product but they left me no time to ask. Come on people life is short, be happy you sell spirits! You just lost a customer.

This website is a scam. I ordered from them and they sent me a FedEx tracking number, when I got the notice that the package was delivered with picture, it was to the wrong house. Upon Contacting FedEx my name and address was not associated with the tracking number. I called the store located in Austin Tx, the person there told me that website is a scam, and it's out of London. I pulled up the credit card transaction and she was right, London based charge. I have reported this to the FBI. Don't fall for this BS.

Placed an order online January 6 2026. Still have not received order and no one will respond to any email. So basically been ripped off for $130 I guess. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Great local spot! Urban Wine + Liquor has a really nice selection of wine, spirits, and beer—way better than you’d expect from a smaller shop. Everything’s well organized, and the prices are totally reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful if you’re looking for something specific. Definitely a go-to for stocking up without the big store hassle.
