This 7-Eleven location in Austin is one of the most reliable and well run convenience stores I have visited in the area. The store is always clean and neatly stocked which makes finding what you need quick and easy no matter what time of day you stop in. The staff are friendly and efficient and the whole experience is consistently smooth whether you are grabbing a coffee fuel or a quick snack on the go. The gas prices are competitive and the pumps are always well maintained which is a big plus for regular customers. It is the kind of dependable neighborhood stop that you are always glad to have nearby.

7-Eleven downtown selling snacks and quick-service food items. The food is typical 7-Eleven fare but hits the spot for greasy, late-night snacks. While it is conveniently located downtown, there are several y homes folks hanging out with in front at almost all hours of the day.

Closed whenever they feel like it. 24/7 is a joke. Don’t answer the phone and take a nap in the back! Same as 2014-2020 when I lived here today in 2025.

Just use the app to pay for my 2 items in the store. Showed the clerk my phone for the purchase , and he embarrassed me in front of the customers behind me , as if he couldn’t detect that the items were paid for. He gave me a hard time the night before as well. This 7/11 was right beside my hotel, but I wil never return to this sore location again. The guy on duty really needs to learn how to recognize a purchase placed on the 7/11 app. He was very disrespectful and uninformed about how the app works. He needs to be trained and informed on customer service, because you just lost a frequent traveler here. I’m still on fire now thinking about how I was treated in front of strangers over a petty purchase I could placed 200xs over with the money in pocket, yet made to feel like I was a petty thief. Never again
