This is THE BEST convenience store in central Austin! The staff is always kind and helpful, and they carry a very large and diverse collection of beers and wines- at cheaper than most grocery stores! Of course they have all of the usual food staples and sweets! We love First Food Mart!

Excellent wine and beer selection with a big walk in cooler! They also sell great ice creams! Moez loves the community and always greets you with a smile. And he is a wiz with technology, I go to him when I need advice on my phone! lol!

Awesome beer and wine selection, there's no where else on 1st Street I like better! Favorite hydration spot with plenty of coffee, sports drinks, and soda options. Good smokables too and ice cream pint selection! They also have all the single serving and blister packs of popular medicine.

This a great cornershop on S 1st. I've come to know the owner over the years and feel welcome when I come in. Great selection of beer/wine. They also have a great selection of champagne! Glad it's a part of the neighborhood.

If you lived here when the Lake Downtown was called Town Lake go visit this store. The good feeling people that we used to be is alive and thriving at 1st Food Mart. Great selection of wine is secondary to the incredible attention to kindness. Wished I lived closer. Keep Austin Weird !
