Employee said I “looked at her like she should know what I want.” I didn’t look at her any weird way. I didn’t even SEE her. Some guy standing outside was harassing me on the way in, then I walked in and didn’t know where to go. All the employees are hiding behind glass. Very bewildering and unsafe environment.

I have to up the star for this business and it owners are trying to help their customers enjoy a safe place to purchase their adult beverage and it has been getting better was the help of our police department in keeping the troublemakers off their property and it is working now. I would like to return to this business in a few months but it's is getting better now and the owners will continue to try to make sure they have whatever you want on their shelves at reasonable prices. Even swap ain't no swindle is my motto

Top rated. First class. Open seven days a week. Not like downtown. Wasn't overcrowded. Good choice. Great location. Ed's Fish within walking distance. Serving the community for decades.

Good selection but lots of maryjane being smoked, very off-putting for people who don't do drugs. I was not hassled by the indigent men, but I am tall and imposing and project authority, even tho I am not a policeman. Dodgy atmosphere. Avoid.

I really can't say a whole lot about Northwest Liquors. I don't drink. But I have a friend who likes to buy his stuff there and his family lives in the area oh, so I'll take him up there occasionally to visit and this is the place he likes to stop. He seems to like it. I will say however, if you feel uncomfortable in the hood, (as it were), this is not the place for you! Now I'm a little older and wiser than I was 30 years ago, so this is not a place I would particularly like to be when I am alone. But, I will go with my friend. if I were to go by myself, I would keep the eyes in the back of my head wide open, if you know what I mean? I can't say anything bad about this liquor store, because I don't know that much about it. It's a little Mom and Pop Shop that seems to do quite a good business. I have nothing bad or good to say, simply because I just don't know.
