Great selection of beers/wines. If you're looking to pick up a bottle or a sixpack in north central Columbus, look no further. That being said, DO NOT expect to get a decent growler of beer. I went twice, both times with two growlers--there were perhaps 6-8 open taps (out of 30ish), so the selection is very limited. More importantly, the draft beer was bad. Either they aren't cleaning the taps or they're letting the kegs sit too long; but I got two growlers on two separate occasions and all of them were skunked. For a place that lists "Growl" in the name, it was a huge disappointment. To be fair, I imagine the taps do less business than the carryout; but if that's the case they should take the "Growl" out of their name and just do cans/bottles. Definitely stop by if you're looking for a sixpack; but take your growlers elsewhere. (EDIT: In response to owner's comment, I think my review is pretty clear about what Savor Growl can do. Either clean your taps and swap your kegs regularly; or change your name and get rid of the growler option.)

It is one of the best craftbeer stores in Columbus. Shawn always alerts me to new releases. They are getting craftbeer from all over the country. They also have a big selection of vintage bottles from the US & Belgium. Definitely recommended!

Great Beer and wine selection. If your looking for craft beers look no further. Massive selection, single bottles of high quality craft offerings. Nice cigar selection as well, convenient location with easy access.

shawn was so helpful!! he knew his way around the store and knew his beers so well. so cool to go to a place looking for one thing and come put with an even better recommendation!!
