Been going here my whole life my sons my mom basically my whole family shops here time to time. Its a clean safe neighborhood spot to go for fast convenient quick pick items and you don’t have to get out your car. Lately I’ve been in several “arguments” about proper customer service with the owner’s brother. I don’t even understand why seriously he’s just really rude, annoyed ,snappy and rushy. I understand it’s a drive-through you need to move fast but if we have five or six things that we want to get you need to take the time to listen and get them, you cannot be frustrated. This is money into your business. Other than that I love the place and the owner is the best.

Nice, fast, and friendly service. The attendants are quick. You may be a car or two in the rear, but the attendant/s make sure to approach you while you’re in line and obtain your order. By the time you reach the exit, all you have to do is pay. Nice full shelves and refrigerators. Fair price on their items for sale.

Lately the staff have been rude and unwelcoming. I often don’t get a “hello” or “goodbye,” and interactions feel pretty dismissive, which if you ask me, is not professional. On top of that, the items I’ve been handed have been extremely dusty (literally). I wouldn’t recommend coming here. There are other places in Columbus with better service.

I can’t say enough good things about my favorite drive-through in Columbus! It’s just a quick two-minute drive from my house, and the atmosphere is always friendly, thanks to the amazing staff. The drive-through stands out for its hardworking team and great prices, which keep it busy. One of the highlights is the exceptional service, with staff coming to your car while you’re in line to ensure a smooth and quick experience. If you’re ever in the area, this top-notch drive-through is definitely worth a visit!
