Absolute garbage of a store and even worse management. The cashier told us the price of a bottle we grabbed, then rang it up and sold it to us with no prompt offering the price on the screen, and also no receipt, so we took her word. Then we find out on our bank statement that they told us the wrong price, so we paid double for something that any other store sells for the same price she advertised. When we reached out to the SUPERVISOR for help correcting their mistake, she told us we should have insisted on a receipt because the price they told us was wrong, and that’s somehow our fault. Then they said “tips” help. This place should not be in business. They charge 2x literally anywhere else, and they run a shady business with no intent to make the customer happy. I’d shut this place down in a heartbeat if I could. -5 stars.

Incredibly large selection. Staff has to be on ladders due to constant theft, totally understandable. You will be overpaying for liquor here but all of the novelty gifts are in a huge variety and of course all of that is fairly priced for Vegas. Normal shooter of liquor for $1 is $2.99 here or 2 for $5.

As others mention, prices are ridiculous. Security is standing on ladders which is kind of entertaining, but the worst part is they have the nerve to ask for a tip at the register. Not joking. Would give minus five stars if I could.

It’s a cool gift shop but, it’s overpriced and they wanted me to tip them just for ringing up my items which was uncomfortable. I really didn’t want to tip just for that, but I felt like I had to.
