If you have any affinity for old, comfortable bars, this is a great place to visit in Vegas. It's a ten-minute, eight-block walk beyond the end of the Fremont Street Experience into the East Fremont area. We loved Atomic Liquors. Some call it a dive bar, but I think it's a few steps above that. It's more of a historic, comfortable bar. Opened in 1954, it is the oldest freestanding bar in Las Vegas. The place has a nice happy hour. The server was friendly. The atmosphere is more of an old-school lounge. It features a glowing mushroom cloud and an old jukebox. I'd definitely visit again the next time I'm in Vegas. Maybe it gets loud later, but in the late afternoon, the place was quiet, which was what we needed after the noise of Fremont Street.

We recently got married and when planning we wanted to organise somewhere for our guests to go whilst we had photos taken on Fremont street. Atomic liquors was somewhere recommended to us and wow what a great recommendation! The communication was great and the staff were friendly. Our guests loved it and the atmosphere was amazing. There were some lovely locals in there and it truly made our day even more special. I would highly recommend atomic liquors and when we come back to vegas we will definitely be coming back!

Great dive bar just east of Fremont St in downtown Vegas. Killer Happy Hour 4-6 M-F. $5 craft beers. $3 burgers. $5 pizza. All very tasty. Great locals hangout. 2 thumbs 👍

I never can drink beer (or barely any alcohol) but the sour beer here is really good and refreshing. It’s very dark inside but they also have a nice outdoor seating. Fun place to get some conversations with other guests or the bartenders.

A Vegas original and well worth an off-strip adventure. Cool history, great vibe, some of the best beer taps in the city, and rad staff. We went on a Sunday evening and enjoyed the slower pace and retro vibe. Check it out.
