The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed! I like to collect rare tequila bottles so I’ve been to quite a few liquor stores in the KC area.. when I told this to Sunny (the clerk), he was very helpful! He was telling me about some of the rare bottles I might not have heard of like the two pictured below. I did purchase one, the “Caravedo” that is from Peru. Sunny thanks for all your help and I do plan on going back to see if they have new inventory! Also, thanks for the mini bottle of Kraken 🙂

Love this place and support them not only to avoid trashy Walmart, but to have a good time. Went in last night and got to sample a few whiskeys with the manager and walked out w/ a couple new bottles to try. Thanks!

Called the store and asked for the person's name....He didn't give it & told me to call back in 20 minutes because he's busy. Could have been a simple yes or no question. 4.16.25 2:37 p.m.

UPDATE: This store still ripped me off for $15. They could have checked the books. They would have seen that they collected from me twice. I was willing to accept store credit. If you look at my other reviews you will see that I don't give one-star reviews as a rule. The reason I am updating is because the alternative store I suggest you visit is now Pinot Liquor on Antioch. Yeah. No. I was a regular there. I bought a bottle of booze that cost $15 bucks 2 times every three weeks. (So I am a decent, not prized customer.) One week I had a hiccup with my debit card. My statement said the payment was "pending". So I called them. The clerk told me that the owner/manager was missing the payment. So I went in and paid cash to cover it. Because otherwise, I would be a shoplifter stealing from them. The next day . . . the payment went through on my card. A few days later, I printed off the transaction details and took them into the store. I presented them to the manager (who was there and witnessed me coming in to pay cash for the paused payment). I told her store credit was fine. Please check with the owner and/or book keeper to ensure they saw the transaction was finalized; I asked her to call me and let me know what they found. I was confident that they would see the payment with the documentation I sent. I left my name and number. No call. So yeah, I wasn't willing to steal $15 from them, but they were very willing to steal $15 from me. $15 is only $15. But it says oceans about the character of the organization to me. Drive the extra half-mile to @Liquors+.
