One of the few places I want to write a 5 star for. The workers are incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable on wines, prices, pairings, etc This is truly my Disneyland place. The workers here were very nice and fun to interact with. Thank you all!

I love this store and come in a few times a month. But, I was really upset and disturbed to see how the older black sales associate was treated for trying to enforce the 21 and up carding policy. It was around closing time, and he was just doing his job but the situation was getting hostile from a group of customers. As someone who works in retail and in customer service it's ridiculous to throw an employee into this kind of situation and just hope for the best. They should have security at least at night-- and anyone who's been in can see that the company has enough money to cover the cost, they're clearly doing well.

We live 45 minutes away and pass many liquor stores along the way, yet my husband and I will absolutely keep coming back here because of how helpful and professional Reginald is. His customer service alone makes the drive worth it. I also want to address the review from Jordan Browning. What he failed to mention is that he was repeatedly calling Reginald the N-word during their interaction. That kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it completely changes the context of his complaint. We used to live in the Crossroads but have since moved, and we will still be shopping here for every event. Reginald treated us with respect and kindness, and that’s exactly the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.

Awesome experience! The McFarlane Bourbon was an excellent recommendation that checked all the Wheated Bourbon boxes. The other purchases easily saved me 30%-35% over any of my typical Oklahoma liquor stores prices. Will definitely be back every Spring & Fall we come up for the Kansas Speedway Nascar weekends.

We always have a great experience at Total Wine thanks to Reginald! He is so kind and helpful - always offering and extensive knowledge of the products. His approach reflects extremely well on the store, and interactions like this are a big reason customers feel comfortable returning!
