I love this place. Friendly courteous staff, not sure where the rest of these reviews are coming from besides people from out of town? I've never experienced this. Prices are more than fair. Membership is a great investment.

I try to pick out at least one highlight for local businesses, because I want to see my community thrive...not striving to survive. Haskells used to be a regular stop for me on my path home. After working in the Phone Bank all day, it felt necessary...Yesterday I was there as an Instacart shopper, which usually sparks staff into assisting us w/o attitude - we're all in the moment together. Yesterday I was provided one of the WORST "customer service" moments I can recall ever having...and I used to coach struggling phone-bank cohorts, so I err on the side of cutting grumpy staff more slack than others do. When shopping for these courier services, you have to successfully fulfill sequential steps b4 enabled to proceed...such as uploading product PLU'S/barcodes before checking out. As I struggled to capture a sufficient barcode pic, the assisting clerk was apparently stewing about someone pissing in her Corn Flakes and gave the impression that I should be grateful to have her ring up a bottle of vodka and bag of 🧊...I had placed the bottle on its side and rather than grasping how she could be efficiently effective by holding the rolling bottle for a sec., she says to her teammate, "OMG...look what she's doing...she's got the bottle on its side and if that rolls off, I'm NOT cleaning it up..." 👌 Good job! (Understandably the teammate remained neutral on the issue.)

I used to go there, that is until Everytime I go there they are out of Jim Beam liters, I said something to the manager and he just said it's popular, and I said doesn't that mean you should order more, he just shrugged his shoulders, so I go to a less convenient store but get what I need

Cool place, lots of options. The staff isn't very friendly though and I almost got overcharged for 2 bottles that were on sale.

Place is a joke. There is no line here like other stores. Just cut or walk up to the register when you feel like. Guy watching a football game on his phone while checking me out. Not a single word. Keeping the bar high at Haskells. Won’t ever return.
