I usually bring my dog in here; people usually want to pet the tiny dog I'm holding, including the cashiers. A couple of weeks ago, I went and as soon as I went through the door, this lady rudely said, "Dogs are not allowed! You have to leave." I told her I've brought her in there for years and asked her when this changed. She was adamant this has always been the policy. I LOVE this place - most affordable liquor store near me. But, the fact that I now have to sit in a hot car while a friend gets my liquor is SUPER frustrating. If you don't like dogs, that's your own personal beef. But, this is not a food establishment and I'm not letting my dog walk around (I always hold her), so what's the issue? I get people can be allergic, but in a place that large, and I'm not petting my pup (just holding her), why does it matter? You're literally losing customers because one lady doesn't like dogs...

I always have a great experience at Chisago Liquor. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of beer, wine, and spirits. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to make recommendations if you’re looking for something new. Customer service here really stands out — they make you feel welcome every time you walk in. Prices are fair and the variety is better than many other liquor stores in the area. This is my fave place to get my alcohol. Staff is very professional. I even saw them deny someone alcohol for being too intoxicated. Definitely will always go there.

I like the place has my drink, but old man gave me a hard time ask for ID and my credit card to match names on both cards. First time someone ask for both my cards like that, like I'm a suspect. But I'm not going be wasting my time here anymore. I don't feel comfortable people staring at my address for that long I don't trust anyone.

I don't like to be watched the entire time from the moment I entered the door as if I came in to steal so I go to a way friendlier liquor store on nicollet or Franklin
