Left a sign on the window saying in cooler 10 minutes..I waited over ten minutes. 10 minutes from when? Then I knock and some lady slams on the glass pointing to the sign. Clearly she doesn’t know how to send a message and dislikes her job. That miserable person lost a customer for life. I will NEVER shop at a big red.

Today on September 19th, 2025 I had the best experience at this store. There is a cashier there, named Nicky that helped me so much she went beyond helping me. My daughter sent me money on Venmo and I went in there to pay for what I was getting but it would not work. She stood there and helped me for at least an hour trying to get it to work on my iPhone. I am 65 years old and I do not understand some of this stuff. She could have at any time, told me she had no time to help me, but she never did that. She was absolutely wonderful. I was beyond myself, because I do not understand how to work some of this pay by Apple. Then walked in a girl named Arial that helped me when Nicky Got busy with other customers. She was absolutely wonderful as well. I will tell you crown liquors has two wonderful employees that went beyond Helping me. I am just so grateful to them. Crown liquors is so lucky to have them employed with them. I cannot say enough. Thank you.

They close at different hours than posted, always seems 15-30mins early. There is always people outside asking for money and I've had to wait for the cashier to finish their cigarettes and talking outside multiple times before they would come in and help me get an item behind the counter.

I stopped in today and was standing at the counter for a few minutes waiting to be checked out while the male worker (I think she said his name was Jadyn?) was just sitting there on his phone ignoring me. Another girl worker was there who looked very busy stocking the shelves and she had to come around the counter to check me out. She was very very nice and apologized for him but not a very good impression when I came by this store because it was the closest to my hotel. If you’re staying in Indy only go here if there’s nowhere closer it’s 50/50 about whether you’ll get a nice employee.
