Excellent experience. The store offers outstanding customer service, with staff who are always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with recommendations. The variety of products is impressive, ranging from classic favorites to more exclusive brands, all well organized and easy to find. On top of that, the prices are very competitive and there are always great deals available. This is definitely my go-to place for liquor, and I highly recommend it.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an order for a bottle on uber eats and selected in store pickup on 4/4. Upon arriving around 5:30 pm, I let the attendant know I had an Uber eats order that I need to pickup and showed the information. The attendant told me I must have ordered at their 2nd location because no orders were showing up in their system. I asked him to double check and even showed him my order confirmation showing the store location and address to confirm this was the correct location. The attendant still stated there were no orders and that I needed to visit the 2nd location. I then drove to the 2nd location in hopes of receiving my order. I was informed by the 2nd location, that uber eats orders were not accepted there, and as such, my order must be at the original store. I then had to drive back to the original store (this location) and speak with the attendant again about my order. This took at least an extra 35 minutes for a transaction that was intended to be within seconds (hence ordering for pickup). The attendant tried to redirect me to take the issue up with uber. After demanding the attendant check again for my order multiple times, he finally did, and was able to find my order. I asked whether anything could be given to accommodate the inconvenience caused by his error. Instead of apologizing, the attendant reached out to the manager who refused to offer any form of consolation. Further, the attendant attempted to shift the blame on me saying I never told him I was picking up an uber eats order for myself. It is unfortunate that a business sees no problem with this sort of response and behavior. I intended to purchase another bottle in person, but immediately put it back once the attendant responded with such inconsideration and disregard. I will not come here again, and will inform all other people I know to shop elsewhere, where their money and business will be appreciated.

I went to store to pick up my uber pick up order and the employee said they don’t have it and to check their other store. I reassured him that this is the address. He said he looked it in the system and don’t see my order. I went to other store and they said they don’t even do uber. I had to drive all the way back to the original store and after explaining to the employee he got someone else that said they accidentally closed out the wrong order earlier by mistake and they apologize. They tried to make it seem like they wasn’t at fault and didn’t offer anything to rectify the inconveniences! Terrible customer service and never ordering here again!

Great local own store been coming here for over 10 years ! love the convenience to order online via Door Dash/Uber .I have run into the owner a couple of times good people .
