Big Daddy’s Wine and Liquor bait-and-switched my order badly. I ordered seven bottles of white wine through Uber, and every single bottle showed a different vintage year in the app than what I actually received. In one example, the listing photo showed a 2014 vintage, but I received a 2024 bottle instead. This was not a minor difference or a one-off mistake. It happened across the entire order. Be very careful when ordering from them. Showing older vintages in the app and delivering completely different years is false advertising.

Fantastic neighborhood liquor store with the added perk every $25 you spend credits $2 towards a gift card at any of the neighborhood flannagans restaurants. A wonderful added convenience.

Been going here for many years, but this last time was it for me. A simple question to the cashier about an item BEHIND THE COUNTER was responded to with shrugged shoulders and “I dunno, I’d have to go over there and look for it”. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least provide half-decent customer service. There are much better options in the area, so Never again….

The late business hours are quite convenient for last-minute gifts 🎁 and all payment methods were helpful in making transactions easy and quick without any hassle. Staff is very friendly.

We were so impressed with how beautiful the store is and the variety of items for sale (we don’t have all that in NC!). But what really made our visit special was Michael. He was incredibly helpful and kind, showing us around and even helping us pick up a few extra things (haha). Most importantly, he made us feel right at home and so welcomed. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town and will be telling everyone we know to stop by and see him. Thanks again, Michael—we really appreciate you! Your NC girls 🍌
