Ordered a bottle online, received a confirmation email. Emailed the next day that my order was cancelled with no explanation. When I went back to the website they increased the price of the product $100. Absolutely disgusting (if not illegal) business practice. UPDATE: They messaged me back that they would honor the original price. I already found the bottle elsewhere, but I would still consider shopping here in the future with them doing the right thing.

Scam. Do not order from this company. Placed an order for a customer's Christmas gift, paid extra for custom engraving. The order was received but no engraving. I requested a refund for the engraving portion for 5 months, but I haven't received a response. I'm leaving a negative review because it's principal.

Amazing customer service. We had an issue with the first order due to UPS and what seems like they tossed it around. I contacted customer service and had support within an hour. The team went above and beyond to give updates and ship a new order out immediately. They really are so wonderful and if you can shop here you should. I had a 15 year anniversary and a 15 year bottle we purchased that was perfect. We will be back and it was worth the time spent to support a small family instead of a box store. You can see how they put effort into packing with lots of peanuts and double wrapping the bottle. I will be a repeat customer.

Ordered gin. Paid and almost immediately received shipping number. After several days check and found out that UPS never received package. Contacted company and they reply that will be shipped Monday of following week. Check again on Tuesday of following week. No package was received by UPS. Email them with question and they without reply send me notification that they going to refund my payment. Clearly a scam website

Picture on the website showed the whiskey that I wanted so I ordered it when it came in the mail. The version of the whiskey that I ordered was the more expensive one and was priced correctly on the website, but the company sent me the cheaper version for the price of the more expensive one. We bought this for a friend of ours who survived cancer to give to him at a party company ordered for me to mail it back and they’d refund the money. This wouldn’t work of course because it was too late the party was that next day thanks a lot for the bait and switch. You will never get my business again. You guys suck.
