The first time I went here I was very surprised to see how much of a discount was available for mid and top shelf liquors. Very friendly staff, sometimes one of the employees will come up to see if you need help while you’re still moving around and shopping. Parking is very easy.

Always a pleasant experience to shop here. Tastings are fun. Discovered a gin from New Zealand this time. Wine selection has something for everyone.

I had a great experience here at this location, I was lost but Kim helped me find a good wine, along with some wine tasting! Also Yamani was amazing she helped me and my friend set up a rewards number. She really made the checkout process quick and easy, great personality as well and very professional. Total wine you guys did a great job at hiring them!!

Rude manager, with the intelligence and speaking ability of a brick. Tried to purchase, not even alcohol, not even alcohol-free, but ZERO ALCOHOL %, but I could not because I had forgotten my ID. My husband had brought his. It was not enough. The large female manager on duty gave us nasty looks. I'll be back with my ID and give her my opinion in person. Maybe they're lying about the policy for customers who look under 30. But I suppose I will just have to take that as a compliment. :). Either way. I will get my zero alcohol and pay for it. Considering I'm sober for health reasons and like to still enjoy myself socially while others enjoy their alcohol. We'll just see if she has the same attitude. Visit was 5/9/26. I do not blame the cashier. He looked young and was just following policy I'm sure when he called the beast over to our group. Normally we get our drinks at Bevmo and don't have this issue. The manager there is at least kinder. The staff there are more stern but kind. The policies not so third reich. But sure I will play this lady's game. I know my rights and now know the "law" that TW runs itself by as a separate entity. They seem to think they are above CA state law. They did have signs stating no sales to minors and threatening that they do arrest minors. So beware of that. There were not any signs that we noticed stating the under 30 or full group ID policy. I guess I'll have to look more carefully when I return. :)

It was my 1st time in this store, and I loved it. They were very helpful and showed me around the store. It's a cool vibe. They had everything I needed for my Christmas party, I'll definitely go back before the New Year.
