Today, we visited Our Liquors at 1116 W St Marys Rd, Tucson, AZ, and, as we have done for many years, we purchased cigarettes and two vapes. The regular price for the two vapes is 2 for $35, which we clearly requested. The employee at the drive-thru window was rude and unfriendly from the beginning. When he rang up the purchase, we immediately noticed that he had overcharged us – we ended up paying $20 more than expected. We had not even left the window yet, and less than one minute had passed, but he still refused to correct his mistake or exchange the items. He claimed that this was how his boss wanted it handled and refused to let us speak to the manager. As long-time customers, this experience made us extremely upset. Everyone works hard for their money, and we also run our own business, where we always treat our customers fairly and correct errors, regardless of who is at fault. We find this kind of behavior unacceptable, and because of this incident, we will no longer shop at your store, which is unfortunate after so many years of loyalty. Fortunately, there are other stores in Tucson we can choose instead.😡

whoever working the night on the 12th of June horrible service.. been waiting at the window for 5 minutes no one came out, went to the other window and a car was there so I waited another 5 minutes waiting for them to service that car.. now I’m at the window waiting another I don’t know how long, usually it’s quick service and for how there was only 1 car it really shouldn’t be taking that long 😒

I was concerned why I was charged over 4 bucks for a 3 dollar charge. It is not posted that there will be a service charge for using my credit card. Is this fraud??? Or this company wants to make an easy buck. ??

Great service and awesome people. They make sure to listen carefully to your order and always thank you for your for your business. I Never had an issue and I'm always comfortable when I pull up to order. I know there will always be someone ready and energetic to serve you. Also when you have kiddos In the car with you they give you some lollipops to make them smile!. Sucks what happened with the other reviewer and his stolen debit card. Hope everything worked out for you.
